ANNUAL DINNER
With more than 1,100 business, community, and government leaders, Delaware’s premier business event has always been the place to be for high-level networking. Held the evening before the General Assembly returns to session, the Annual Dinner features a keynote speaker, remarks from the governor, and serves as an opportunity to mingle with Delaware's decision makers. A highlight of the night is the presentation of the Josiah Marvel Cup, awarded annually to a Delawarean who has made an outstanding contribution to the state, community, or society. |
SPRING MANUFACTURING & POLICY CONFERENCE The Spring Manufacturing & Policy Conference, held in Dover each spring, shines a spotlight on the critical role manufacturers play in driving Delaware’s economy. The event features a keynote from Delaware's governor and the opportunity to network with plant managers, manufacturing professionals, and state and local policymakers. The conference also includes the reveal of the annual Coolest Thing Made in Delaware winner, an online voting, bracket-style tournament that increases exposure to the many critical products made in the First State and the career opportunities within the sector. |

NAVIGATING DELAWARE PATHWAYS Held every April, the Navigating Delaware Pathways summit is a full-day experience designed to unite educators, higher education professionals, and employers in a comprehensive exploration of education and workforce development. The program also honors the Superstars in Education & Training winners during a lunchtime award ceremony. |
END-OF-SESSION POLICY CONFERENCE As Delaware’s legislative session inches towards adjournment each year, the End-of-Session Policy Conference highlights key bills before the General Assembly, with first-hand insights from the policymakers who introduced and sponsored them. A key highlight of the event is hearing directly from House and Senate leadership on recent activity in their respective chambers. |

CHAMBER CHASE GOLF TOURNAMENT Held the Wednesday after Labor Day in Rehoboth Beach, the Chamber Chase Golf Tournament benefits the Delaware Employers and Employees Voter Education Fund—the 501(c)(4) affiliate of the State Chamber. Proceeds support voter education initiatives, including tools like the Delaware Competitiveness Bluebook and Legislative Roster, as well as resources on key issues, candidates, and elections. |

Each November, the Superstars in Business awards luncheon honors outstanding businesses and nonprofit organizations for their achievements and impact. The event also features the presentation of the prestigious Marvin S. Gilman Bowl, recognizing an individual who has made significant contributions to Delaware’s business community. |
TASTE OF DELAWARE
Every December, we travel to our nation’s capital to celebrate Delaware Day — the day Delaware ratified the U.S. Constitution and became the First State -- alongside our honorary host, U.S. Senator Chris Coons. The Taste of Delaware showcases the finest culinary traditions from the state, offering a delicious sampling of the flavors that make Delaware truly unique. |
