This reputation is due to the responsiveness and efficiency of Delaware’s executive branch (especially the Division of Corporations), flexible yet stable corporation law, and highly regarded judiciary, particularly the Delaware Court of Chancery.

The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce established the Corporate Counsel Committee to provide legal professionals with a dedicated platform to discuss the key issues facing corporations today. This exclusive group fosters collaboration with regulatory agencies to exchange insights and identify emerging priorities.
