Account Executive

Chuck James joined the staff of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce as an Account Executive in the Membership Department in August 2004. Chuck has over 20 years experience as a salesman, sales manager, and manufacturers’ representative, both domestically and overseas for a variety of companies including ILC Dover and Hercules. He has also run his own sales and consulting business in Brandywine Hundred. Chuck has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
