144th GA Business Report Card

The following charts show the State House and Senate votes on business-related legislation for the 144th General Assembly. A "+" is representative of a vote with the Chamber of Commerce while a "()" is representative of a vote against business. Please note that Senator Vaughn was absent during this session due to illness and is depicted as such. Representative Ennis took over his seat in December 2007 and his record shows this transition; it also shows his prior voting record as a Representative. In the charts below the abbreviations can be read as follows: HB is a House bill, SB is a Senate bill, HS is a House Substitute, HCR is a House Concurrent Resolution, NV is not voting, R is a Republican, D is a Democrat and Ab. is absent.  For more specific help in identifying your district call Delaware’s Commissioner of Elections at (302) 577-6545 in New Castle County, (302) 739-4498 in Kent County and (302) 856-5367 in Sussex County.
