Senior Vice President, Marketing Executive Director, Small Business Alliance

Sharon R. Reardon joined the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce in 2003 as Vice President of Public Relations. In 2005 she was named Executive Director of the Small Business Alliance, the Chamber’s largest affiliate. In 2006, Reardon was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing & Executive Director, Small Business Alliance.

Before joining the staff of the State Chamber, Sharon developed strategic marketing at two regional firms, consulting on, creating, and coordinating communications strategies for small businesses and prominent corporations. She was an active member of the Chamber, serving on the Board of Managers of the Small Business Alliance, as well as the Benefits & Services and Superstars in Business committees.

Prior to her work in communications and graphic design, she was a management team member and vice president of sales and marketing for Modern Press, Inc., a Delaware printing company.
