The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce (DSCC) Health Plan is administered and insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware. It is available only through current DSCC-member insurance brokers. Only current DSCC-member brokers are able to sell this plan, and only DSCC-member companies are eligible to take part in the DSCC health plan.
