Many State Chamber members play an active role in the organization by volunteering to serve on a number of committees. These committees focus on specific areas of interest that are important to different segments of the membership.

Members, lobbyists and legislative representatives work together in the Legislative Forum to address legislative issues of interest to Chamber members. The Women in Business Forum helps to support, develop and promote Delaware women in business through networking, education and information exchange by providing connections to accomplished women in business and legislature, and working in partnership with existing organizations with a common purpose. The Young Executives Committee was formed in the spring of 2010 to encourage young professionals in Delaware to get involved in the Chamber, networking with other young professionals and further their business growth. The Young Executives Committee, for professionals between the ages of 21 and 40, aims to develop Delaware’s young workforce through professional business networking and personal growth.
